Mr. Brandenburg is a 36-year veteran of community banking with experience in all of the loan and deposit products RiverBank offers. He has extensive experience, including twelve years as an Executive Vice President, five years of successful growth as a President/CEO, and four years as a Regional President. Mr. Brandenburg is a founder of RiverBank.

In 1969, Mr. Brandenburg earned his B.A. from Eastern Washington University and was selected as EWU's Outstanding Business Alumni in 1991. He was a founder of the Washington Independent Community Bankers Association and has served twice as president and as a director for fifteen years. He has been active with the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) and has served two terms on the National Associations Board of Directors.

RiverBank is truly a community bank made up of members of the Spokane community. Mr. Brandenburg's community involvement includes service on the Boards of the Spokane Regional Economic Development Council, Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce, Cheney Chamber of Commerce, Cheney Development Council, Cheney Police Reserves, Spokane Regional Solid Waste Advisory Board, Spokane County Budget Review Committee, EWU Eagle Athletic Club, Spokane Downtown Partnership, Spokane Club, and Spokane Valley Hospital Association.

Mr. Utt, a founder of RiverBank, oversees RiverBank's credit function and has been in banking for nineteen years with experience in managing all phases of the commercial loan process, including business development, loan origination, underwriting, secondary market guidelines, and servicing. He earned his B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Eastern Washington University, where he graduated cum laude.

Mr. Bellamy is responsible for managing the marketing and production function for commercial lending. He has ten years of commercial lending experience in Seattle and Spokane and is one of the top commercial loan producers in the Bank's market area. Mr. Bellamy built and managed a nine-figure loan portfolio at a previous bank and was an important part of that company's ability to grow in the Spokane marketplace. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington with a concentration in Finance and Economics. Mr. Bellamy is a founder of RiverBank.

Mr. Schultz, Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the financial, compliance, and operation areas of the Bank. He has over 28 years experience in working with financial institutions in the areas of accounting, finance, and internal audit.

Prior to becoming a founder of RiverBank, Mr. Schultz worked as a VP-Internal Auditor; as Director of Finance; and held a short tenure in public accounting where he specialized in audit services to community banks and credit unions. His accounting career began in banking where he worked over 16 years in various accounting roles, ultimately becoming the Director of Internal Audit prior to moving to public accounting. Mr. Schultz is another of RiverBank's EWU alumni, and holds a B.A. in Business Administration - Professional Accounting from Eastern Washington University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Washington Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs.

Kay Ferris has over 23 years experience as a banking executive. She has served in many capacities, including Executive Secretary and Secretary to the Board of Directors of a large local community bank. She has been the Chief Administrative Assistant to Duane Brandenburg at two different banks since 1980. She has also served as a Mortgage Supervisor at one of Spokane's largest residential and commercial mortgage companies. She is extremely skilled in the operational functions of banking and regulatory compliance. We consider Kay the mother of RiverBank. Kay is a founder of RiverBank.

Ms. Rolen, chief Operations Officer, is responsible for bank operations and compliance. Her background includes over ten years experience working for community banks in the areas of operations, compliance, and administration where her positions included VP Operations, BSA Officer, Security Officer, IRA Administrator, Project Manager, and Corporate Trainer.

Andrea graduated summa cum laude from Whitworth University with a B.A. in Communications and a B.S. in BioChemistry. She remains actively involved with the Whitworth community, speaking to classes on topics such as personal finance, entering the workforce, or communication skills. Andrea also has an executive management degree from Pacific Coast Banking School, where she now serves on the faculty as an Associate Director.

Shelley Menne, Senior Vice President/Private Banking, has worked in banking for twenty years. Ms. Menne is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School (2000), and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Management. Ms. Menne is very involved in the Spokane community. She is a Northwest Region Board Member, Former EDC Board of Trustees Member, and is involved with Young Life.

James Burke is a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in agriculture. Jim started his business career in the automotive business and opened his own resale business in 1986. Jim began his banking career in 1999 for a regional bank becoming their top producer in 2005. Jim's expertise is in the auto industry, commercial business and real estate lending, and commercial investment properties. Jim is a shareholder/investor in Riverbank.

Rachel Pulis' areas of expertise are Commercial Real Estate, construction financing, land development, Builder spec lines, SBA 504 lending, and operating lines of credit. Previous to banking, Ms. Pulis was the Director of the Business Development Center providing business consulting; as well as corporate and high-tech training programs.

Gail McDonald comes to RiverBank as Vice President/Executive Assistant for Steve Utt, with just under 27 years of banking experience. These years have all been spent in the Spokane area working for a local community bank.
