Duane L. Brandenburg

Mr. Brandenburg is a 36-year veteran of community banking with experience in all of the loan and deposit products RiverBank offers. He has extensive experience, including twelve years as an Executive Vice President, five years of successful growth as a President/CEO, and four years as a Regional President. Mr. Brandenburg is a founder of RiverBank. In 1969, Mr. Brandenburg earned his B.A. from Eastern Washington University and was selected as EWU's Outstanding Business Alumni in 1991. He was a founder of the Washington Independent Community Bankers Association and has served twice as president and as a director for fifteen years. He has been active with the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) and has served two terms on the National Association's Board of Directors. RiverBank is truly a community bank made up of members of the Spokane community. Mr. Brandenburg's community involvement includes service on the Boards of the Spokane Regional Economic Development Council, Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce, Cheney Chamber of Commerce, Cheney Development Council, Cheney Police Reserves, Spokane Regional Solid Waste Advisory Board, Spokane County Budget Review Committee, EWU Eagle Athletic Club, Spokane Downtown Partnership, Spokane Club, and Spokane Valley Hospital Association.

Steve L. Utt

Mr. Utt, a founder of RiverBank, oversees RiverBank's credit function and has been in banking for nineteen years with experience in managing all phases of the commercial loan process, including business development, loan origination, underwriting, secondary market guidelines, and servicing. He earned his B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Eastern Washington University, where he graduated cum laude.

Dean Bellamy

Mr. Bellamy is responsible for managing the marketing and production function for commercial lending. He has ten years of commercial lending experience in Seattle and Spokane and is one of the top commercial loan producers in the Bank's market area. Mr. Bellamy built and managed a nine-figure loan portfolio at a previous bank and was an important part of that company's ability to grow in the Spokane marketplace. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington with a concentration in Finance and Economics. Mr. Bellamy is a founder of RiverBank.

David R. Schultz

Mr. Schultz, Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the financial area of the Bank. He has over 30 years experience in working with financial institutions in the areas of accounting, finance and internal audit. Prior to becoming a founder of RiverBank, Mr. Schultz most recently worked as the VP-Internal Auditor of a local regional bank and as Director of Finance at a large local credit union. Mr. Schultz is an EWU alumni where he received a B.A. in Professional Accounting. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Washington Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs.

Andrea Rolen

Ms. Rolen, Chief Operations Officer, is responsible for bank operations and compliance. Her background includes over ten years experience working for community banks in the areas of operations, compliance, and administration where her positions included VP Operations, BSA Officer, Security Officer, IRA Administrator, Project Manager, and Corporate Trainer.

Andrea graduated summa cum laude from Whitworth University with a B.A. in Communications and a B.S. in BioChemistry. She remains actively involved with the Whitworth community, speaking to classes on topics such as personal finance, entering the workforce, or communication skills. Andrea also has an executive management degree from Pacific Coast Banking School, where she now serves on the faculty as an Associate Director.
